CROP CIRCLES OF 1988
The first set of quintuplet circles to appear below the ancient mound of Silbury Hill. This formation was linked with an UFO sighting which took place the same night. It was witnessed by a lady called Mary Freemman who was driving her car down the Avebury Avenue, when she saw a column of light shining down in the area where this formation was discovered. Formed 14th July.
A few days later a second quintuplet appeared next to the first. It was similar in size with accompanying set of singles circles further down the field.
